The Customer Service I’ve received from Chris Nickas State Farm has been superb! Ms. Bianca Williams ensured I got the best quote to meet my family’s exact needs. Bianca is always available to answer our questions and she follows up on every form, deadline and such. Nowadays, with telephone answering services and such technologies, it is hard to get a response on the phone, email or text in a timely manner. I've never met Chris Nickas, but I know one thing about him. He knows how to hire great people. We have been helped by both Sandy and Bianca and both have made things easy on us and been super responsive with apologies on calling back after we've had to leave a message. I have been with State Farm since we bought our first home 20 years ago. We’ve been at Chris Nickas now for more than 15 years. We have our home, life and cars there. Chris and Bianca have guided us through our kids reaching driving age and insuring their cars, to the kids’ fender benders and then purchasing their own cars after leaving home.
