Our approach starts with the simple premise of listening. We want to understand your goals and vision for the project so the design solution can be focused on meeting those goals and the outcome is a successful one. It is essential to build a relationship before you can design and construct a building and the first step is defining a clear understanding of the services to be provided.
While our headquarters is located in the seaside City of Portsmouth, NH, we are currently licensed to practice in 24 states and service many clients via our Austin, Texas office. We have worked across town and across the country and understand how to do both successfully. Should your project happen to be located outside of our current coverage area, we can quickly and easily meet the regulatory requirements of your state.

Market Square Architects' Texas Office was established as Allan Nutt Architect in 1976 with a focus on providing great value to every client served. Located in West Lake Hills, just outside of Austin, Texas, we manage architectural projects across the region in the commercial sectors of Office, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare & Multi-Family Residences.
Prior to founding Market Square Architects in 2016, the Partners of the firm spent the last two decades delivering a wide range of projects across the region and the nation. Our work ranges in size and type, but every project is approached with the simple goal of achieving our client's objectives. Sometimes the goal is aesthetic, sometimes functional and sometimes financially driven.
