I justed wanted to take a minute to acknowledge the outstanding work done by Party Providers. They are professional, on time, and prepared. It was a pleasure to business with them. I wish the outstanding service level provided by Party Providers was the norm (in dealing with contractors) but in all reality they are a step above the rest.

I called Monday morning to rent a tent, chairs, tables and quality denim tablecloths for a Friday evening event. Thursday afternoon, everything was delivered and the tent was set up by 2 very experienced, polite and hard-working men. I was very impressed by their efficiency, and will definitely use Party Providers again.

I used Party planners for my daughter's bridal shower. I had to postpone the shower twice and Mike was extremely accommodating and understanding.
I ordered a package deal that came with a tent, chairs and tables. The tent was in great shape and had lights. It was perfect. I would definitely use use Party Planners again!!!

We planned a backyard baby shower and called for a few tables and chairs. I called each day for 5 days to see when I would receive the rental agreement. After 5 days of waiting and being consistently told that I would receive it shortly and never receiving it, with my event just 3 days away, I had to find another company to provide me with tables and chairs. When I called to tell them I was frustrated and would no longer be needing their services, they did not seem bothered to lose a customer. At 32 weeks pregnant, this was not a pleasant experience. We went with Topshelf tent rental and received

This is my second time using the company and it won’t be the last! Mike is very communicative and easy to work with. Originally, our delivery was scheduled for a Friday, but due to weather, it was delayed. Mike called right away to make sure we had everything we needed in time to set up for our event. The rental equipment is always in good working order and CLEAN! So grateful to have found this company!

I booked the Party Providers for my cousins baby shower and it was amazing! I communicated with Mike via email. He was quick with responses and always answered my questions! He also made the whole process very easy! On the day of the set up, Mike’s team was very professional and helpful! And they set up the tent very quickly! The prices are also unbeatable!

We decided on having a backyard baby shower. We rented round tables, chairs and a bounce house from Mike. The items allowed for socially distanced fun and ways to keep the kids busy. Everything was great quality. Mike delivered the items and set everything up the day before the event. He was very friendly and helpful. We felt no pressure with needing to do extra things for the party due to the great quality of the rentals. Highly recommended. I know we will be contacting them for future parties.

Party Providers did an amazing job for our Halloween Backyard wedding especially during a pandemic! We rented a huge tent, tables, chairs, high top tables, bar, and last minute because of the weather umbrella heaters! I highly recommend them for any of your outdoor gatherings no matter the size. We will for sure use them again in the future. The pricing is very affordable as well. Thank you Party Providers for helping to make our wedding day a memorable one.

Party Providers was amazing! From the beginning of my party planning until clean up day the crew made sure we were well taken care of for our special day. My guests were taken care of because the tent went up and provided shelter from the sun. Everything else falls into place once you have the shelter for your guests!
The crew arrived the day before and set up. They made sure we had everything we needed and then returned a few days later to dismantle. The party was a huge success. All of my guests were protected from the extreme heat which was such a relief. They were able to socially distance
