Customer service was absolutely horrible. I called, texted emailed to confirm my order. Took a long time to respond. He did show up as promised but in the future I wouldn’t use again. I get people have other full time jobs but it shouldn’t take over a week to respond to a customer. Also the bounce house was dirty.

The boys who came to set up for us were soo nice and FUN. They thoroughly cleaned the inside and outside after blowing it up... Then challenged my son (the birthday boy) to a race through the obstacle. My sons face lit up, he was so happy!!! They were the coolest guys ever, what a great way to kick off the party day!

We have rented from Got Bounced a few times over the last couple of years. Recently we rented the Fire and Splash water slide over Memorial Day Weekend and it was fantastic! The slide is enormous and the kids has an absolute blast. The team did a great job with the set up and take down and even let us keep it an extra day at no cost since it wasn't being rented the next day! I highly recommend renting from Got Bounced as they do a wonderful job.
