Aqua pro provided quick and professional service when our well pump failed. Most impressive was their problem solving…we had accidentally created an obstacle for their truck to the well. We weren’t around to really help. They didn’t give up and pulled out the old pump by hand. And then charged us substantially LESS than the original bid price. 😃 Friendly, polite, and honest.

We are are so blessed to have found Aqua Pro. Being new to country life with a well, it was nice to find someone we can trust. They are very helpful answering questions and explaining options. Shayne and team recently completed upgrading our well with a new pump, pipe, pressure tank, and filters to replace very aged equipment. They were very prompt in all communications and patient as we worked with other contractors to finish their part of the project so Aqua Pro could do their job!

Aqua Pro is a great company and I strongly recommend them. Shayne and other staff members installed our well pump, pressure tank, and filtration system for our new home. A few years later, we had some water issues after we installed an irrigation system. Shayne worked with me to problem solve and he ended up installing a water storage tank which has fixed the issue. I appreciate all of the quality hard work provided by Aqua Pro.

Aqua Pro solved our water problems immediately💦. They are a great company to work with and we appreciate their professional approach and ethics. They switched out our well pump including a hand pump, and installed the correct pump and a 2500 gallon reservoir tank to give us plenty of water and still be kind to our well water supply. I was impressed with Aqua Pro right from the start. They arrived on time for all appointments, responded quickly to all questions and did a great installation. In fact, they finished the job faster than anticipated and gave me a credit on the final bill for parts and materials that were not used. We were only without water for about 5 hours while they replaced our pump and pressure tank.

Truly the best people we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. They are such kind and caring people. Their customers really matter to them.
We contacted them when our pump stopped working, they were out within a couple of hours to diagnose and give us an estimate at a very fair price.
They then scheduled to come out next day and replace the pump and everything else that needed to be fixed. They made a special drive to Portland to get the special pump because ours required more horsepower than most.
I cannot recommend this company enough. They are the very definition of amazing customer

Phenomenal. After another contractor came and treated us like a dollar sign, Aqua Pro came to treat us like people. Same day visit for diagnostics. New pump was needed... but a 4" pump in a 4" casing made for adventure. Shayne and Carie tried for hours to get that pump out! I certainly felt like family that day. New well had to be drilled, they recommended a fantastic contractor. After it was ready the Aqua Pro crew was back on the job and we had our system back on line.
