Mohamed and his team provided excellent customer service. His staff was prompt and efficient in their communication, and I felt that I was being heard by them, and that they were responding to my needs. Starr Insurance Agency was started by Mohamad back in 2002, with three main goals in mind, "Enhance, Educate and Protect". Enhance the level of customer service that he saw was lacking in the industry. Educate the client on the coverage they are getting from us, because if you think about it, if you wait after the claim to find out what is covered, then it's too late.

They will go above and beyond to find you the best deal every renewal. Previous agents would just send a bill and I would pay it. Bill with previous agent $3300 a year, bill with Star Insurance with the exact same coverage $590 a year. That says it all, doesn't it
