During this pandemic that we are having this center sucks . I'm pregnant and have been trying to get a referral to a ob dr for over 3 weeks . I have called the office time after time . Even to the point where they have started to screen my calls . What kind of doctor office would not answer calls from a patient. Yes they are screen my calls because I called from my hubby phone and they answered and once I said my name they said they would call me back and never did . When I talked to the front desk assistant she said that she had faxed my referral over to the ob doctor office . After calling

I think one star does justice. I am not one to write the bad reviews, honestly because I don't think the service you get once completely defines the entire environment. The thing is, this is medical services. Medical services should be taken very seriously whether it's a cold or a disease. The doctors, assistants and clerks, all should consider every patient and what they say with importance.

I have been coming to this clinic since it first opened. I have referred many of my friends here and we all have had exellent service. Chris is the best!!! Rebekah is willing to accomidate her patients and she treats us all with confidentiality and respect. The staff is very professional and friendly.

(Just writing this while on the phone with my health insurance provider to switch my PCP)
This medical center is the WORST. I had to do 3 different google searches to link the phone number to an actual business I could find on Yelp. I tried to find a doctor near my office, and this is where I ended up. The office is inside a weird converted house that has broken windows on the back of the building covered by copier paper. :(
The bizarre second doctor I had to see on a useless return visit was a waste of time and a co-pay. Web MD was more helpful and I couldn't understand ANYTHING he said
