It's main office is located in Baltimore, MD with an 8,000' square foot fabrication facility located on 3 acres. Our business is a two-fold operation, our field crews perform turnkey equipment installations in chemical plants, refineries, manufacturing plants, pharmaceutical plants, and food processing plants.

This work includes but is not limited to demolition, installation of materials handling equipment, heavy rigging, installation on process piping, millwright work, concrete work, structural steel and miscellaneous metal work. Most of our work is very deadline intensive, and our customers do not tolerate jobs that run past the scheduled completion times.
Services
Once an order is place with Anderson, their are no middlemen or subcontractors. Our customers can follow the progress of the project from ordering of materials, to fabrication, to delivery, and finally installation at the customer's facility. The stack is lifted and swung into position and set.

Once the stack is in place, anchor bolts are installed, all ladders and catwalks are attached, the guide wires are installed and the exterior paint is touched up as necessary.
Anderson Industrial employs welders with numerous certifications in accordance with the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section IX. Our Welders are experienced in the welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, hastalloy, Inconel and Aluminum. All welders are tested and qualified to each welding procedure required prior to any field or shop fabrication work.
Anderson Industrial has mobile water jet blasting capabilities. Employees are trained and qualified up to 40,000 psi use, providing a full spectrum of cleaning and and coating removal needs. Anderson provides metal profiling and painting of steel: providing a near white metal finish to any surface.
Anderson Industrial can handle even your most difficult equipment installation job. We oversee and execute every step of the job as efficiently and safely as possible; to include receiving the equipment and material, installation plans and preparation, heavy rigging, leveling and aligning and return to service.
Anderson Industrial began in 1974 as a strictly rigging contractor. Over the years Anderson's capabilities have expanded to include many other areas of industrial construction however Anderson has continued to work extensively in the rigging field.

Our senior project managers and expert riggers find creative solutions to solve even the most difficult problems, always trying to keep costs down for our customers and ensure all work is done in the safest manner possible.Anderson routinely uses all categories of cranes, lifts, jacks and hoists ensuring that all equipment is meticulously maintained and inspected in accordance with both OSHA and manufacturer guidelines.
