At Apex Wire Products Co., Inc., we perform CNC wire forming of 2D and 3D shapes for a variety of industries. Aluminum, steel, and stainless steel wire between 0.008" and 0.75" in diameter can be consistently formed to customer specifications. Round wire is fed into the CNC bender from a master coil.
Baskets, trays, enclosures, and other fabrications can be welded to customer specifications. The products we produce are primarily composed of round or flat wire, with additional hardware or sheet metal components assembled as needed. Any ancillary components can be fabricated or machined in-house or provided by the customer for assembly.

Steel, stainless steel, and aluminum wire can be formed, machined, and welded to customer specifications. Optional wire end types include round, pointed, or chamfered ends.
At Apex Wire Products Co., Inc., we straighten and cut wire in a wide variety of sizes, lengths, and materials. Most aluminum, stainless steel, and steel wire in diameters between 0.041" to 0.375" can be cut to any length. Unlike many straighten and cut facilities, our services are completely custom and available to customers with any volume needs.
