Back in March of this year (while delivering my Maid of Honor's gift), I fell face down because of a 2-3 inch dip in the concrete. This resulted in a serious concussion, a chest contusion, a sprained wrist, and multiple scrapes and bruises. I went to the dentist hoping to be fixed up. At the first dentist I went to, I saw 3 different dentists, each with different opinions. They sent me to get a root canal on both teeth and because of the trauma to my teeth, I had to come back two separate times. I throughly enjoyed meeting Dr Harrell and his staff for the first time today. My former dentist retired and I was searching for another dentist. I just went in for a consultation and I know now that I have found a new dentist. He and his staff are very personable and I felt like I had known him for a long time. I am actually looking forward to my next visit! I trust he will do only what is necessary and not try to sell me on unnecessary dental work which I had recently experienced from another dentist.

I had a accident which resulted in broken front tooth at the root. Dr. Harrell saw me immediately and gave me a temporary smile while I waited for an implant. In this process, I also decided to improve my smile overall. Dr. Harrell answered all my questions and eased all my concerns. I had never had sedation dentistry and it was a breeze. I am happy with my implant and new smile. Highly recommend Dr. Harrell.

Years ago in NJ I had a great dentist...BUT I just got lucky & found an even GREATER dentist Dr. Robert Harrell & his staff- got to be the best around. Megan & Jess went way out of their way for me & everyone was so friendly & efficient. I should mention they have some high tech equipment there. The best part of all is how they treat you. Dr. Harrell has a way about him that makes you feel so at ease & comfortable. They all made me feel like I've known them for years. I hate shots & was waiting for the pain of the numbing shot when I realized he had already given it!!! You CANNOT teach GENTLE!

My husband and I were long-time patients of Dr. Harrell and Adult Dentistry of Ballantyne. When we switched jobs, the office location became less convenient so we switched. We were basically satisfied with the other dentist but their practice never quite lived up to Dr. Harrell's--it just wasn't as buttoned up. Especially after COVID hit, we were really unimpressed with our new dentist's safety protocols so we returned to Dr. Harrell. My time at Harrell Dental Implant center has been amazing. Everyone there from the dental assistants to the hygienist has treated me so well since my first consultation. They all made sure I was comfortable and came up with a plan great for me financially. Dr. Harrell is very caring towards his patients. I was even given an instant pot to help with softening my food after Surgery. When I walk in the office it feels like a dental family that just wants you to be apart of it. My surgery went very smoothly. Dr. Harrell prayed with me before Surgery and the Anesthesiologist gave me a nice comfy blanket

So far Dr. Harrell and his staff have done an outstanding job. At each level they have kept me informed on my progress and my future procedures during my dental implant process. He and his staff are very friendly and cordial. I think they really enjoy their job and love their patients.
