We designed these systems and standards to benefit the owners and the residents, not just the management company. We also managed small commercial units, mobile home communities and storage units.
In 2007 we expanded our services to include a full service real estate management brokerage. In 2010 we branched off as Clear Sky Realty, a full service brokerage for both management & sales. Then in 2012 we expanded by opening an office in Columbus Ohio. Our management team has a long history of providing BOTH quality homes to residents and good returns to investors.

Our licensed agents are experience in purchasing commercial and residential investment real estate. Our experience in property management gives us the knowledge needed to estimate renovation costs, know what similar units are renting for, and know what operating expenses to expect. With us representing you during a sale, you will have our experience working for you!
Our standard is to allow up to 2 pets in some buildings. Each pet must pass a temperament test which will be conducted at your current residence by one of our veterinary technicians. There is a one time fee of $100. There is also an additional $25 per month pet rent. The charge is the same for one or two pets.

Clear Sky Realty has managed hundreds of my rentals since they opened in 2010. My occupancy is always over 90%. They have done huge reposioning projects. They took one total rehab and not only remodeled everything but took the occupancy from 20% to 90% in 10 months. In addition they have a fantastic tracking system. This gives me the information I need when I want it. I would recommend them to anyone!
