My golf cart broke down and I needed a pickup in a parking lot to take the cart to my house 2 miles away. They tried to charge me 600 DOLLARS for a "specialty tow". After I complained they gave it to me for $400. They took advantage of me. After pushing my cart myself to a parking lot, while injured myself, that was the icing on the cake. Merry Christmas Non Stop, hope that $400 gave you all the wealth you so desire.

This company was a LIFE SAVER! AAA was unable to find a tow truck for us on Friday night. My family needed to get home. AAA couldn't get a tow truck till Sunday MAYBE. We called non stop towing and right away he said yes and within a half hour the driver was there and he had to drive us all the way out of town to Arizona. All I have to says is thank you and if we ever need a tow while in Vegas this is who we will be calling!

They were professional, courteous, and on time. They had my car towed within 20 minutes. Justin informed me on what the process was on dropping off card at the dealership and to submit my towing fee to my insurance. Totally professional and courteous! Really appreciate you guys! My car broke down due to an overheating issue so I gave Non Stop Towing a call since they provided 24/7 service. I explained my situation and immediately the operator informed me it would be a 3 hour wait as Covid-19 caused issues with availability. I was fine with the wait time, but was concerned as the operator didn't have the courtesy to ask for my contact information. He didn't even ask for my name. I then waited for 5 hours till 2am in the morning and gave another call which immediately went to voicemail. My car ended up being stranded overnight and I was forced to have the auto

Leo was great! I had called State Farm road side assistance and they sent a tow truck driver out who wouldn't go into the parking garage to get my car from the 4th floor. Leo was the only driver out of 3 towing services that would do it. If you ever get stuck in a parking garage with low clearance - Leo's your man!!

My car wouldn't start after leaving a restaurant the other day. Thought it was the battery, as all Vegas locals know, car batteries only last a couple of summers in this town! Hubby came to jump me, but after multiple tries and no luck, his battery was now drained! We called None Stop Towing. Leo was so nice and professional, he tried to jump our cars, no luck, ugh! Towed my car to our mechanics, and then came back to get hubby's car to tow him. He even drove us home, as now we were both without wheels. Leo really went above and beyond.
