I can't write a review based on the treatment because I never met the doctor. I made an appointment for an consultation over the telephone. I was interested in laser hair removal on my face. One of the questions that was asked was regarding my ethnicity and my skin color. I informed the receptionist that I was African American with fair skin. The day before the appointment the doctor had her receptionist call and inform me that she would not see me because I am African American and my skin color!
