This place is no good. I had 3 games take my tokens, told the employees and they acted like I was crazy and told me to find maintenance? Ummm how do indo that? And spent money on the lazer tag only for my vest and gun not to work the WHOLE GAME. I see why thus place don't get much attention. Last time I come here

A Fun Place for the kids to run around and have fun, jump, Lazer tag, bowl etc.... But...We paid as you can see pretty good money Just for them to give us our food and say :
1.we're out of plates.....
2. chicken wings were VERY SALTY AND SOFT like they were not done all the way
3. the Pizza was a medium size not large like the combo says the combo also stated 4 bottles water..... they were the small ones.... really??
4. The floors at the table were nasty, the tables and menus were dirty
NO ONE... NO ONE WAS SANITIZING ANYTHING PERIOD and some of the workers were sitting around doing nothing

Very nice staff. Bathrooms are not clean (dirty toilets, paper all over the floor, sewage smell) even when they first open at noon. Games are great, working. Had problems with bowling. Party experience was okay. Apparently covid19 restrictions are part of that. On the alternative side- the kids had a BLAST. They didn't have a complaint, or a bad moment. Kids are still talking about the epicness of my daughters party.

The employees are disrespectful and the management doesn't care. I brought my family for a night of fun, everything was great until a ratchet employee approached us and was disrespectful due to a mixed up on THEIR part. I talked to the manager who could care less and did nothing. We will never go there again. Go to Dave and Busters. It's 100% better!

If you are going solely to go Bowling, Don't! Overall a fun family zone with many engaging and physically fun activities. Lazer tag is a blast, can't knock the axe throwing, the trampoline portion is always a blast for anyone with enough energy to keep bouncing, and the bowling is a nice way to get the parents to go only, the bowling alleys were in desperate need of waxing the past 2 times i went. The time before this one it had at least some wax but its as if they stopped waxing altogether. If you attempted to curve a ball even slightly it would send it straight to the gutter almost every time

Very fun place with many attractions. Axe throwing, bowling, arcade games! The manager Shinday was extremely helpful with any question or issues we had!! She had a great helpful staff behind her! A'yanna was extremely helpful with games and checking out, Thomas was a great bartender and very helpful when it came to axe throwing, and Solomon was everywhere willing to help out whatever he was! Would recommend taking a family and children here, great place to spend time and have fun!

The kids had fun so it was worth it overall. The family bathroom was locked so we had to go to the car to change our toddler. Gabriel was our party host and he did a great job. We went to the bar to order a soda and the bartender took a very long time to get through the two people ahead of us. Bartender was not very friendly.

Train your staff so they know where to look when children or adults misplace or lose things while visiting. My cellphone was left at the bowling alley bay during my nieces 3rd birthday party and shortly after had been turned over to management. Well I went to the front desk to ask the 3 attendants who were standing there if anyone had turned In a missing phone. All 3 staff said no. Staff never looked beyond their direct workstations they didn't check the back office or anything. Not sure if they knew to do that due to lack of training. I was told to come back right before close of business

This place could be so much better.
Best perk is you can win a ton of tickets quickly and there prizes aren't out of reach, however, there prices aren't great either.
I went for the VR experience it was good that's why they get three stars. Not to many places have the HTC vive set up. They should definitely have bigger TVs to gain more interest from bystanders and so they can see what is going on.
The food options are poor and not great.
Maybe the trampoline part is where it is here, that's where most people were.
The parking lot is one of the dirtiest I have seen in

I decided to celebrate my kids birthday party at Omni Funplex this year. Trinity greeted us at the door. She provided outstanding service! Everything was organized, everyone there knew what he’s doing. They kept all the kids entertained till the last minute. Kids had blast! It was an excellent deal for the party package I paid. I highly recommend everyone to go and have fun there. We had excellent time!

Well, it is a fun place to let the kids run and have fun, if you get the VIP deal. As for the "bar service", "cocktails" and food....... Don't come in with high hopes! Like, AT ALL!! The people working in the concession stand, because that's what it is! Don't let their fancy pics and ads fool you, the people there don't know how to make the "cocktails" they advertise and resort to their binder for recipes!
Everytime I went to the concession stand, It was a 10-15 min takes

We made the mistake of going to the "Funplex" on a Saturday night. Their C Squad must have been working. It was an absolute train wreck of an evening. While the kids bounced I sat back and people watched. The bartenders and kitchen were so slow everyone kept asking for refunds. There was mess everywhere and no one was bussing the used plates and glasses. People just shoved trash off tables on to the floor to make room.
My son wanted to play the VR system. $10 for 20 minutes. The line was 1 person long but they ushered a birthday party of 14 kids past us. Then after setting them

We came on a Groupon to do axe throwing as a group of 8 for an hour. At $10/person I would still never do it again, though that is crazy cheap. I would rather pay somewhere the axes are made to stick. They were not sharp and stuck 2% of the time it seemed, only if the angle was right. Also the lanes were so short it only allowed maybe 1.5 rotations, which was just not right.

This place is fun it's nice for friends and family. It had a trampoline park, laser tag, virtual reality, bowling, and games. My daughter is having a birthday there tomorrow and she loves this place because she like's the trampoline park for her to jump around. Your child might like it also. They serve food there also, the food there and my opinion of there food rates of 10 is like a 8.5 it's good and descent. They serve pizza if you are having a party there and Omni Funplex is not even that expensive, it's real cheap and can get good deals on the attractions. But I hope you
