We had our daughters 2nd birthday party here and it was such a great experience. Our hosts, Maddie and Allie were absolutely amazing. They played with our daughter, did all of the activities in the room and set up and cleaned up. It was such a breeze and the facility is great for the kids. The food was delicious and it just made for an easy experience to allow more time with family. Definitely recommend to book your next party here!

We literally spent six hours here today. Our 5yo daughter & 2yo son stayed occupied the entire time & we basically had to drag them out. It was only $9/ea & had plenty to do outside & indoors. Definitely worth the cost.

I love this place! My daughter has a blast here and she's always asking to go back. Her favorite part is the ball pit. They have small toilets and sinks for toddlers in the bathroom, which is amazing! I wish every place had these. The only tip I could give is to have a worker supervising each station. I've seen adults in the ball pit more than a few times and it would be nice to have someone there too enforce rules and keep everyone safe. This is a great place though, check it out!!

I'm annoyed because there is a mommy board looking for recommendations of places to have membership and I have always referred this place. People forget theY exist.
Three times in the last 4weeks I refrained from referring them and it kills me. If it was ONLY for the facility and things to do I would recommend the hEck out of this place as I still have to take my daughter one last time as I won't break a promise to her NO MATTER how painful it is to fulfill and coming bAck to this place will be tough!
She loves it and doesn't understand the poor customer is the strongest reason

My daughter loves this place. It is divided in many different areas, alowing for role plying, water play, slides, ball pit... We always have lunch there also. A great palce for families with kids up to about 6-8 to come and have some fun. Adults enter free of charge. Prices for linch are decent.

I took my 2 year old and 7 month old daughters. Both girls had a wonderful time! Especially my two year old!! I enjoyed watching her have so much fun!! We stayed for 4 hours!! The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff was wonderful! I had read some bad reviews about it being dirty and run down, but I did not experience this at all!! Anytime a room or station was empty you would see a staff member in there picking up! My only complaint was was that during The puppet show there were much older kids in there that were misbehaving and kind a ruin the experience for my little girl because

Man, my kids love this place. However, lots of 'interesting' people venture here. It's almost enough to keep me from bringing my kids back. But the wife insists that we bring our girls back. Repeatedly. Oh well, it's a good place for a birthday party. The staff is very friendly and helpful. That's always a plus!

Decided to have my son's 3rd birthday party here, since having his 2nd at Totters was such a success and we left feeling well taken care of. This time it was very disappointing. The young lady who catered to our needs was extremely disengaged and uninterested. The time she spent following our son around, wasn't spent being entertaining; she appeared to be bored and indifferent. Last year it was a different young lady who was wonderful with every aspect of what she did, we really felt that she was having a good time and keeping everyone focused and on track in a friendly and welcoming

I only take my girls to Totter's Otterville when I get the free birthday coupons. I honestly couldn't imagine paying $8.95 to play there for a couple hours. There really isn't that much to do. And, the outside area is really run down now...ripped awnings, caution tape around the maze, cracked and broken play equipment. A couple of the workers got nasty with my older girls, who get in free now, because they were playing with my 4 year old. That would be like them yelling at me for playing with my little girl. On the flip side though, their pizza is pretty darn good, and it's

So I've read and heard such mixed reviews but I finally brought my 2,6,&8 year old kids here.

I'm a germaphobe, and first off this place is NOT dirty or grimey. There's newish looking Cintas sanitizing stations. Bathrooms were clean. Carpet looked old but clean. They had Thomas the train so my 2 year old will probably never leave. Sure some stuff has clearly been used by kids but nothing was "broken" or unplayable. Its not state of the art brand new everything, BUT its also not nearly as bad as some of the reviews state.

My 6 & 8 year old were almost on the

Terrible experience! It's gone so downhill. I've been here probably 30 times years ago but today's trip was so bad, we are never going back. The manager was extremely mean over a minor issue that could have been kindly understood but she just yelled at me and my friend. Worst part, our shocked two babies were told to get out because we didn't know a harmless rule yet no one cares that older kids trample around in the baby room two minutes later? Poor management.

It's not dirty, it's just old. Yes, there are some things that have visible ware like the outdoor maze and the huge stuffed elephant by the jungle gym but the important things like the toys, bathrooms and seating are all clean. I've been there around closing time and seen the effort the staff puts into resetting every play area for the next day. They could just leave the blocks in a pile on the floor but they neatly stack them every night and do the same for every other play area. It's really nice to have a place like this in our area where kids can just play without an electronic

***Beware of New Owners***

They have a stipulation that you can't bring food or drink in, which I understand. I had a coffee that I brought in with me; keep in mind nobody said anything as I walked in to the place. I was with my two daughters and wife. I'm keeping to myself when the owner comes up saying, "you can't have that coffee here." I look in front of me there are two outside waters, three McDonald's fountain drinks, other outside drinks including insulated cups, etc. She says this as she delivers food to our table (which was over $30). So I spend money

Too pricey for the quality. I feel that every toy is dirty. Food is expensive. The boys bathroom smelled like straight urine. Disgusting. The workers they have here are uninviting & unfriendly. I asked a woman at the cafe if I could see the ingredients in something and she got annoyed by that. You can't bring your own food or drink because of "peanut allergies" but then you see a bunch of people bring their own snack foods that I'm more than sure have some sort of nut in them. I even saw an employee drinking an iced Starbucks coffee drink but I wasn't allowed to have my drink which had NO nuts in

Was fun with a 3 year old though the ball pit, which he liked most, was dangerous since the age limit is 3-10 and parents didn't supervise very well. They serve food and drinks, can't bring your own. They have different activity stations which is cool. I highly recommend it.

So my kids absolutely love this place and it's relatively inexpensive. I only have three stars because it could really use a good cleaning. The walls are half painted in some areas and the ball pit cleaner barely works. It won't keep me from taking them there but it just feels a bit dirty.

This place is our northern Kentucky version of Disneyland! My 2.5 year old loves it here and I love being able to sit down at every station and chat with my friends or just zone out on my phone for a few minutes. She never gets bored here because there are so many things she can do. A really fun and inexpensive place to spend the day!

I've been taking my boys here on occasion for several years. We generally go on a weekday afternoon and I've never seen it super crowded. They currently have a great Groupon deal that you can't beat.

While some areas could use a little updating and organization, it's pretty clean overall.

The most important question is, do the kids like it? Yes they do! They can spend hours playing in the different areas. My boys love the ball pit (complete with a ball cleaner that the kids like feeding the balls into), the grocery store, train tables, water play and building block area. The

This place is alright for a cold or rainy afternoon. I took my 14 month old daughter, and she had a blast!! But I was disappointed because all of the toys in the 18 month and younger area were missing batteries and were very old. It wouldn't take much to throw some new toys in there! Also, a few rude moms let their 4 or 5 year old kids run through the area, and ran my daughter off. There was no staff anywhere, to say anything to these kids who were not supposed to be in the area. The dress up area could definitely use some new items. The whole place looks like it was filled with forgotten

I've heard rumors that Totters Otterville can be dirty and germy but I happened to be in the area with a free admission coupon so I tried it out with my 16mo. First off, we ended up slightly lost on the way there. Once you figure out that the entrance is towards the back/side of the huge Johnny Toys building, you're golden. Ample parking.

The first 25 of the main entrance is... weird. They have a selection of discounted toys that they're selling but it's poorly put together and all over the place. This was my first time so I wasn't sure what to do and at the desk was

This place is a nice concept... But oh my, it needs serious updating, cleaning and some organizing.

For $7.50 kids can play indoor and outdoor(when weather permits) but might as well just let them play in your own house... This is like a daycare that got all the toys that no one else wanted.

It seems that the norm is to come in PJs (parents and kids!).

In the Dress-up area clothes are ripped and all over the floor. Most electronic toys don't have batteries...

On visit number two, we had a better experience so I'm bumping this place up to four stars. We got to ride the train this time and I asked if I could let him play in the ball pit & indoor playground area and was told that I was welcome to do so and could even get in the ball pit with him. I wouldn't try it with lots of rowdy kids in there, but it wasn't too crowded this time so we hopped on in and had a ball (so to speak!). Most of the indoor playground was still too advanced for him, but there was one low slide that he could go down.

It's still a little shabby around
