We were so excited to work with Utah Shutters because they came so highly recommended by so many people and sadly I wish that we could have a complete re-do of our shutters. We were initially quoted around 6 weeks turnaround. At our 6 week mark I hadn't heard anything- after some back and forth was finally able to find out that they were behind schedule (which would have been fine if they would have kept us in the loop). Final installation was right around 8 weeks. Dave the installer was great and so nice and easy going. I won't lie, I am disappointed in the quality. The paint is uneven, areas

I had them install shutters on all my windows in April. Before this we had a lot of heating and cooling issues with our system continuously running. We would keep the thermostat at 70°in the summer and it never shut off. When it would the house would heat up quickly and it was back on again. This summer, after the shutters were installed, we have noticed a significant improvement in the temperature despite higher outside temperatures. We keep the thermostat at 75 to 76° and it doesn't run constantly as before. I am very impressed at the impact it has had on the comfort of our home

Utah Shutters does great work! Our shutters were a custom paint match and they look fabulous! The installer is awesome. They did our shutters a few years ago and they have been great-any small repairs needed have been fixed immediately and at no charge. We just had them install a few more and they look great! Highly recommend!

After getting 3 bids I decided to go with Utah Shutters . Preston and Dave came right on time, in fact a few minutes early. Dexter and his team, Preston and Dave, turned our "nice" home into a "model" home with their awesome shutters. Dexter was very professional in his bid process and was always happy to answer our many questions. Preston and Dave seamlessly installed the shutters without any issues. There price was the best out of 7 quotes. The wait was about 7 weeks but totally worth it! The installers were personable and professional. They just came out on 11/1 and they are absolutely beautiful! The owner, Dexter was amazing to work with. We couldn't be happier and I would recommend them to anyone we know!

Utah Shutters did a fantastic job! They delivered exactly what was promised for a great price and the customer service was far better than expected. One window required extensive adjustments to the shutter due to poor home construction and Utah Shutters made sure the fit was perfect, even though it required lots of extra time and effort. Will definitely be giving them a call when I'm ready to do the remaining windows!
