3.5 hrs for brakes....a little ridiculous especially when there was only one other car here.
Just a thought when it's gonna take this long you might want to tell people to come back when its done. instead of sitting and waiting for hours. i missed a doc appointment bc im waiting not knowing how long this is gonna take. then apparently waiting on a piece but dont even tell me. had to miss a doc appointment and late to work. will not b coming back.

Welcomed me as soon as I pulled up. Took my car and began service right away. Called me out to show me what they had completed. Reset oil life sensor, washed windshield and topped off fluids. In and out in under 20 minutes. Great experience all around.
