Months ago before my practice was up and running I contacted this company and was very pleased with how professional, kind and responsive Kelli was in helping me with how billing worked, and how they could support my practice. She was responsive with emails and quick to address any communication barriers and i appreciated her calming personality and knowledge of our mental health community.

This billing service had continual turn over of staff and despite me sending monthly notes about billing that needed to be followed up on it was not done. So, for the year I used them I was not paid for about 45 session due to their inept handling of my account. Since I gave notice that I was going to a different billing company I have sent several emails asking for specific paperwork related to unpaid sessions and they have not replied or provided me with the information I need to appeal. I strongly recommend AGAINST using this company.

This company was HORRIBLE. They didn't send out my claims in a timely manner, they didn't communicate well with my clients, they sent multiple duplicate claims for same services, they billed multiple things wrong, and they lost me lots of money when I sent them someone to work on getting paid for as they waited till it was past the time range to bill.
I have also talked to friends who have utilized services where they were the billers and they totally messed up her claims. In addition the provider that initially recommended them told me that she had horrible problems with them and stopped using

Kelli has continuously gone above and beyond, to offer support, and share her wealth of knowledge, and experience regarding claims, and insurance billing. In addition, I have found the whole team to be gracious, pleasant to work with, and readily available to help, even without an appointment. I am very grateful to PBS. Trusting they hold the billing aspect of my practice gives me peace of mind and enables me to focus my attention on being of service to my clients.
