During the recent Labor Day holiday weekend our hospital had a need to transfer a Hemodialysis machine from one hospital to another during off hours when our couriers were not on duty. The MHLS courier was at our campuses to pick up soiled linen when he learned of the need. He was a former hospital employee so he took the initiative to transfer the needed machine without delay while waiting for a courier to be called in. Awesome teamwork!

MHLS has been great to work with. Frank always responds quickly when I reach out and follows up with answers and action. We have been impressed with our delivery and pickup service from Gary as well. He goes above and beyond to take care of us. MHLS knows the business and how to meet the needs of their customers.

Midwest Healthcare Linen was a great company to work with. They were very accommodating and always willing to help you with your linen needs. Linens were always delivered every morning and then the soiled was sent back. Mary B. Would reach out to the facility letting them know about shortages. Mary was always a phone call or an email away- and always went above and beyond to make sure the order was complete and shipped timely. If I had an issue with ailed linen- I would reach out to Mary and make her away of the issue and it be corrected at the plant. Mary was always a pleasure to working with
