We are situated on the busy East side of town, close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and numerous business of all varieties. The 170 interchange is along US 40 (National Rd East), just minutes from our property. Richmond has Indiana University East, Ivy Tech, and Earlham College all within city limits.
Townehouse Village offers completely furnished 2 bedroom townhouse style apartments. Dishes, cookware, linens, furniture etc are all included. We also offer all utilities, phone, cable and internet service included with our furnished apartments. We offer a short term lease from one month to 12 months.
