Services
A $25.00 per month pet fee will be charged for each pet and is due on the first and late after the 5th. A $150.00 per pet non-refundable fee is required to be paid at move-in before the pet(s) can have access to the apartment home. Resident agrees that only the pet(s) described and named below will occupy premises, up to, but not exceeding two (2) pets per apartment.

I have lived here going on 7 years. When I first moved in it was a nice place. Well taken care of ext. Now the place is trashed. Management never returns phone calls and that includes the corporate office. People smoke outside my apartment in the hallways putting the cigarette out on the wall spitting in the elevator and stairwell. It is suppose to be a secure building but doors are propped open. We are told they can't do anything because the cameras don't record. Our rent has been screwed up multiple times where they put a paper in our door saying that our rent is a certain amount and then we

When I lived there, there was never anyone in the office and you could never get ahold of management. Just trying to move out was a hassle because I had to figure out how to get someone in to inspect the apartment before I could leave. There were numerous office managers during the two years I lived there and they pretty much all neglected the building and its tenants. People smoking in the building, leaving trash all over the property inside and out, constantly loud neighbors. I don't really have anything good to say about the place.

My wife and I set up a appointment for 2pm on 8/2/2017. We arrived at 2 nobody was there, We waited 30 plus minutes. The manager arrived about 30 to 45 minutes later. We was wanting to see a 3 bedroom and was told there was 3 bedroom available. The manager informed us that there wasn't any 3 bedroom available, that they did have a 2 bedroom available. We seen the apartment and loved it so we fill out the application pay the application fee and was told we would hear something by 8/4/17 which was last Friday we call leave voicemail. We figure the information wasn't recieved yet, so we waited Monday

WHAT MUST I DO TO GET IN THESE APTS.? MY 30 DAY NOTICE I'D GIVEN IS TO CLOSE FOR COMFORT.
My experience with 9North has only been with trying to apply for a one bedroom apt.then trying to check on my application. First I call to set up an appointment because I was never able to catch someone in the office here in Richmond,Indiana. I go do my appointment next morning Thursday only to find no one is there. I sit there for almost an hour and a gentleman,saying he's maintance asks if he can help. I tell him who I am and why I'm there. He goes contacts her coming back saying She was call to the other
