Extremely responsive and caring for my property. I was elated with the 6 years of impeccable service and collaboration with the staff. Their back office operations that include bill paying, monthly statement generation, lease negotiations and background checks were amazing. Maintenance issues were head off early and they always found the best value to remediate whatever came up. I never felt I was overpaying. Gerri has a large network of handymen/women and for a variety of services. This alone is crucial to maintaining your property.

I have rented a home managed by Secured for a while. They have been amazing handling any issues that have come up, the maintenance department absolutely rocks. Bernie in leasing is the best, everything goes seamlessly. Everyone I have dealt with at Secured has been professional, friendly and courteous. Secured Property Management is the best!! Very professional, and as far as can be discerned, hold parties from both sides to the terms of the agreement. No stone left unturned; their experience allows them to head off issues before they even become issues. We learned about this company through a mutual friend who had partnered with them for years. From the standpoint of a landlord, they could not be better, and our tenants have expressed that they too have had a positive experience.
