I have used these guys for many years. They do not keep changing their web interface, which is good, so I can always get thing done in a predictable manner. They are the best value for the products I use, and although there historic mapping bundles are not quite as clear as such competitors (such as groundsure) they remain the best value and perfectly adequate for intended purposes. The people in accounts are actually quite nice to talk to unlike a lot of other places.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! From start to finish, it was a great experience. Superb communication from the first inquiry phone call to the final results. A helpful associate answered initial questions, quickly connected me to a knowledgeable project manager who provided details and kept communication throughout, scheduled an experienced technician same day who called before arrival, showed up on time, dressed in safety gear, and was thrilled to discuss the tests in my home, and even talked to me as a professional. Of all the nightmarish situations with which I have found myself involved during the abatement and repair of my water leak, Envirocheck is the ONE bright, shining star. I'm not even sure where to begin, this company truly shocked me. Not only were they kind and on time, but they helped me clean up asbestos from a very old home. I can not say enough good things about this business. I normally do not write on here but I always check out other peoples reviews when using a new company. Envirocheck came to my older home when I had a water leak right away. Everyone that came out for my job was courteous, timely and professional. They took special care in directing me to the proper people to remediate and repair my damaged wall. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. They also were extremely clean and considerate.

Same Day Results...... I can't think of a statement more important than that when it comes to Lead / Asbestos testing. All I had to do was provide My Claim# with other basic information and Envirocheck came out 1 hour later to gather test samples. At 3:30pm the same day, we had gotten the results! When you are in the middle of a catastrophe like a water loss in your home every day counts, and I'm grateful that Envirocheck knows how to get things done ASAP!

So I bought a house in 1960s and they said that I had to have certified folks come in for asbestos testing. I tried to hire people directly to remove it (popcorn ceiling) but the companies I talked (2 largest abatement in the area) to said that they changed the policy 2 years ago and everything has to be tested by the state certified inspectors.

I've work with Envirocheck for a number of years for everything I've needed testing for; asbestos, mold, bacteria - they do it all and do it pretty damn well. Their rates are not the cheapest, but they're not outrageous either.
Some reviewers show their ignorance of the protocols and rate schedules set forth that companies like Envirocheck must adhere to.
Before wanking about something you have absolutely no clue what you're talking about, do some research or better yet, put a cork in it and get out of the way.
