Howard and I met at a community event that I joined and he was already a member of. This grass roots organization that we belong to speaks to the importance of community and safe environments for these communities. When we needed mold remediation on a home that we were preparing for sale, Howard was our ONLY choice! We called EB Indoors at the end of a long string of unfortunate incidents, on a timeline that was already blown. I was pleasantly shocked at how quickly they could schedule with us. And when they showed up they were competent, professional, pleasant and able to get us back on track in no time. They are now a preferred vendor and we would call them right away for their services if needed.

We called because we wanted to rule out mold or something else in the environment as the cause of some unusual health problems. Mr. Oliver Howard did a great job of explaining the issues in such an investigation. In a few days he came to inspect the house and take samples.
As it turns out there's no mold BUT he did notice something else: a disconnected furnace air return duct was causing foul air to be drawn from the cellar into the living spaces of the house. We've fixed that and so far the health problems seem to have cleared up.

We are renters and our landlord used EB Indoors to remediate some mold growth in our apartment. As renters feeling a bit out of control of the situation Howard made the process very smooth for us by providing an email with prep instructions and even took my call answering all of my many little questions. Howard was always upbeat and willing to help no matter how many questions we threw at him. They were very prompt and made us feel much more comfortable being back in our apartment that same day. Howard even left us a small bottle of their natural cleaning product for us have on hand for any touch

EB Indoors did a wonderful job removing very scary black mold from my home. Howard was very thorough in his assessment of what areas needed removal and treatment. The staff was prompt and professional, and they left the areas where they performed the removal completely spotless! Now the toxic mold is removed, the smell is gone, and I have piece of mind that my family is safe in our home.
