Good selection of blinds and drapes. Quality is pretty good. However, blind repair is very slow: 3 plus weeks for the smallest repair. Staff quality is mixed in the shop. Some very friendly and helpful, others rude and surly. It is also very expensive, thousands of dollars for any install. My main problem is the speed. You're waiting weeks to months for the smallest repair and months for install.

Even with our Blinds-To-Go moisture-resistant, light filtration shade in our bathroom, this time we decided to check Blinds 360 instead on Rt 100 for their serious craftsmanship. With all the remodeling happening in our home, we wanted to upgrade our beige bedroom Roman shades for another neutral to complement our new style, then ditch curtains, add shades on one set of windows in my Vanity Room and home office.

We recently hired Blinds 360 to assist us in developing a unique photo booth within our dealership. We had a beautifully lit room with a garage door on one side and a glass door and window on the other. It was a unique challenge and after working with multiple vendors we realized there was no other choice than the team at Blinds 360. First, it was truly a premium experience and product which was important for us and our dealership. Super easy from start to finish. We worked with Bob who was patient with me (I knew I wanted cafe-height plantation shutters) but didn't know what size to make the slats, how many panels I should get, etc. etc. Bob came to my house, showed me different samples, kept me from making downright terrible mistakes but also encouraged me that my preferences were ok/would look great.
The installation was also easy - for me, at least. We live in a really old house so the window frames are not all even. Bob and Patrick came over and dealt with the hassle while I got to sit and wait for the finished product

We just completed another wonderful renovation with Blinds 360. This was at least the 5th project we have done with this company and we have never been less than thrilled. This time it was a master bedroom window and a new door that had been cut out to become a French door leading to our new terrace. We chose some gorgeously simple cream colored fabric shades on rollers with a dark bronze finish including a complementary fabric cornice over the window. We love them. We had coordinated Mitch took care of all the details in a timely fashion. Patrick's installation went without a hitch and was completed

There are many places to go for blinds, however, few of them actually know what they are doing. Blinds 360 rescued us from a company that would have used the wrong motors to power our remote controlled shades Their work is careful and their design ethos is unmatched. They work with walk ins and designers and know what they are doing. Moreover if there is ever a problem they are on it like stink on a monkey. Quality design, careful installation at reasonable prices.

Blinds 360 has done work for me for the past 25 years. They transformed my NYC apartment by installing motorized sun screen shades on the windows in my living and dining rooms. In my beach house they installed beautiful wooden blinds, roman shades, draperies and rods. The window treatments greatly enhanced the overall design. Their installers are prompt, professional and personable. Overall, a truly outstanding company.

The staff at Blinds360 are excellent. They know their products and what would work best for me. From design to installation, everything went smoothly. They installed motorized shades in my bedroom and were able to get them wired without having to remove any wallpaper. I have used them for every room and every project in my house. I highly recommend Blinds360!
