Also love the prices -- and the recommendations to use what you already have or other businesses that sell the same things or something similar that may be closer to you that are also quality without gouging! Their knowledge and thorough evaluations/consultations are priceless -- and yet don't put you in the poor house! Will continue going for sure!

I've heard great things about this business, but I must say their response time is difficult to work with.
My fiancé and I scheduled an appointment months in advance and were canceled on suddenly, close to the appointment time.
We have called back several times and have not received any confirmations for a follow-up appointment.
I understand that this may be due to the fact that they are busy, but that doesn't justify this kind of treatment.
I hope that I.N.G. will take this case and be more considerate to Clients and their time in the future
