In 1957, entrepreneur Ev Katerberg opened one of the area's first companies offering installation of underground lawn sprinkler systems. His early projects included stately homes, office complexes and government building throughout Grand Rapids. I highered them in the spring to activate my sprinkler system in late April. They identified a problem and said they would come back out to fix. On June 14th I called to see if they were ever coming back. They did and got everything working but the damage was done. I should have followed up sooner but I didn't want to be pushy either. At that time the tech told me if I sign up for turn off service we get some knocked off. So I told him that I would like that service. I called late Oct wonder when they would be out. I'm not on the schedule and they wouldn't schedule me with out giving them a credit

Update: I appreciate the GM reaching out and offering a solution. He seemed very professional and wanted to fix it. We had already found another company to fix it however. I Would give them another chance down the road. Still disappointed with first visit.
Guy showed up and was here for maybe 5 minutes that cost us 100$. He came in and shut off water. He went outside, blew out sprinklers, and then told my wife it ok to turn water back on. I turned the same lever I saw him turn off and water sprayed everywhere. I called and called no one answered. He called back and said, he needed to redo it because

I decided to look into an irrigation system for my lawn and looked into a couple different installation companies. I finally decided on Grapids and pulled the trigger in January with a deposit to get on the early installation schedule. The installation team came out and installed the system the first week of April. They installed the system over 2 days and they were very professional and did a great, clean job. When they left it didn't even look like they were in my yard. The site manager, Jeramy came out before, during and after the installation to go over the entire system and was extremely helpful

I called Grapids as I needed to get my aprinkler system up and running after buying a house. Front pipe on the house was cracked and needed to be replaced. My guy came out and found 2 cracked pipes and identified issues with numerous sprinkler heads. He replaced them, adjusted all of them, and set the spray volume! I was even able to get my controller replaced. I will definitely be calling my man Joaquin again if I need anything further. He was patient and so nice with his advice and assistance. There was no pressure to purchase anything either.

We recently had underground sprinkling installed. The whole team at Grapids has been absolutely amazing to work with!! We have needed a few modifications since the initial install and they are incredibly responsive and send someone out the next day to make updates.
Edgar was out today and he modified some of the sprayer heads to more efficiently water our yard. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my husbands questions. He did an awesome job! Can’t recommend these guys enough!
