Very poor customer service here. I ordered a clutch drum sprocket for my Husqvarna saw it took weeks to get it. Took the sprocket home put it on the saw and brought the saw back down to Ron Jones PE had them cut me new chain threw my bar on to find out the sprocket was the wrong one. So I ordered a second sprocket and long story short paid for two sprockets (one of which is useless to me) and had waited over 2 months to get the parts right so I can use my saw again. Not a pleasing experience in the store either as they would help other customers before they finished dealing with the one customer

Took my Honda ES6500 generator to be serviced and repaired. Friendly service and quality work for a competitive price! Works like a dream now! I was grateful the mechanic took the time when I picked it up to explain things to me about future maintenance and answer all my questions. This was right at closing time too! All the guys are friendly and helpful. Iām taking my repairs here from now on! š

My experience today was rude customer service. Passive aggressive behavior . I purchased a Husqvarna rider from them around 2015 guy says it's been to long and it's not in there record s. I was trying to get some parts all they had where blades, didn't carrie a V-belt. Asked him for a fuel filter and pulled one off the rack, without even checking if it was the right one I tasked him to pull it up on the parts list, couldn't even do that. Walked out of there think what bunch of incompetent people. Done with you. I'm sure that there are competent people working there . Wish that was the one helping

You know somebody's good they can take a peek at a couple numbers off a picture and build you what you need. This gentleman built me two chains for my chainsaw faster than I could get my wallet out. I was told that I would pay a premium coming to this place but with that kind of customer service I don't mind.

This is the kind of small business we need to keep around: friendly, knowledgeable people who sell AND service quality products. Big box stores and online retailers may offer short term savings, but after that you're on your own. Ron Jones has been here for a long time, part of the community they serve. They back what they sell, and their commercial customers know it too. Shop where the pros do! I was there to get a new riding mower, maybe a chainsaw soon.
