We offer ONE on ONE physical therapy and wellness services in the clinic but can also come to you! Our clinic is located inside Fitness 247 in Virginia Beach. This facility is fully equipped to progress you through your rehab, regardless of the injury or surgery. PT2Go puts YOU first, offering treatment at a location that best suits your schedule and rehab.
We can come to you for your physical therapy. We've made house calls, work calls, treated patients outside, in the backyard, on the porch, on the beach, you name it! All we need is some space for a portable treatment table. It depends on your preference. We can be just as effective with mobile visits as in-clinic.
PT2Go takes pride in our ability to treat many different diagnoses. We have experience and specialize in many different settings and fields of physical therapy. Physical therapists are musculoskeletal experts, obtaining our clinical doctorate in physical therapy. If there is something wrong with how you move, we can treat it.
PT2Go specializes in surgeries and injuries of the shoulder. We know the routine after shoulder surgery and work with all of the excellent surgeons in the area. We can see you right after surgery, promote healing, prevent stiffness, and progress your surgical protocol all while in the comfort of your own home.
Our staff are experts in how the body moves with knowledge and experience working with all populations. Physical therapists and licensed physical therapy assistants are musculoskeletal experts. We safely progress exercises with patients recovering from injuries. We can progress your program and push you to reach your goals.

Matt is amazing! I was having some knee pain and issues w my legs. I had a race I needed to be ready for. Matt made me a plan and I was able to do my race w no knee pain. He made sure to update my plan and check on my progress. He really knows what he is talking about. Would def recommend him. He has a cast of knowledge and is very helpful and patient with his clients.

Matt is the guy you want if you need physical therapy. I'm 51, and recovered from rotator cuff surgery under his care MUCH faster than I was advised I would, and with a fraction of the pain I was expecting. Matt knows the details of how a body works, like you'd expect from a medical doctor, but his gift is reading your body as he works on you. I "lucked into" finding him by accident, and it couldn't have worked out better for me.

Went into this situation a little uneasy but after working with the physical therapist Dr Fiano I was astounded by the knowledge and service that was provided. Not only did I feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation but I was pushed to reach limits i did not think possible. The months of therapy became such a source of comfort and motivation that I am now a member and encourage anyone with the specific ailments or ambition for improvement to join immediately!!!

This has been the best physical therapy experience I have ever had. I have been in many sports programs and never had such caring and professional service. AWESOME!! PT2Go was recommended by our doctor for in-home PT services. We ABSOLUTELY enjoyed working with Matt. He was extremely professional AND knowledgeable! Matt was always on time, personable, patient, explained things, and responsive. More importantly, we saw results!!! I would definitely use them again for PT sessions at home or in their facility.
