After owning one of the first tattoo studios in the Charleston area, Dave Marcotte and fellow artists decided it was time to take it to the next level. We wanted to provide our clients with a studio that had an atmosphere second to none. We made the move and opened Iron Lotus Studios on Savannah Hwy.
While the studio has been open since 2010, we are constantly updating to keep it as current and comfortable as possible. We want to represent our industry with class and integrity. Through a lot of hard work and loyal clients, we were able to make it happen. Iron Lotus Studio provides South Carolina with professional custom tattooing in a clean, friendly, and professional atmosphere.

Services
Please call or come in to set up a consultation with an artist for custom tattoos. A $100.00 deposit is required for drawing. The deposit is applied towards the total cost of your tattoo. Walk-ins are welcome. If you're getting your first tattoo and have questions, please call us and we will be happy to help you.

We had such a great tattoo experience with Daniel. He listened to my story and created exactly what I envisioned. I couldn't be happier! He's super talented, so kind, nice, professional, patient and made us feel very comfortable. His designs were on point and beautiful. I went in with something I wanted and after a lengthy consult I decided it wasn't the best piece for the spot. Dave was so patient with me and thoroughly explained, placed and re placed the piece in an effort to give me what I wanted and in the end I wound up with a gorgeous custom piece on my foot. No regrets. I can't wait to let Dave give me many more custom pieces!

Guys!!! This studio is by far the nicest, cleanest, most welcoming place I’ve been to for tattoo work. I travel to Iron Lotus all the way from North Myrtle Beach just to be able to have Jocelyn do my work and let me tell you, I couldn’t be happier every time I leave this place. The staff always makes me feel comfortable while I’m there. The atmosphere is super light and airy, they always have a great selection of music playing and the artists workspace is so open! Absolutely love Jocelyn and Iron Lotus. I won’t go anywhere else!

Have received several tattoos here and I am always pleased with the results. Extremely clean environment. Staff is always attentive and easy to discuss your dreams for your artwork. My daughter also gets her ink here and they turn out better than we had ever expected. Highly recommend IL to anyone wanting some ink therapy.

W love this place. Wife and I visited from NY. Heard that iron lotus was a good place to get some ink. We stopped in and spoke to Adrien about our ideas. He drew up the work and performed our tats the same day. The price was extremely fair. We couldn't be more pleased. This will be our only place we get tats from here on out! Thank you Adrien for great work!

This was my first tattoo and I was so impressed with the service. I was able to walk in with my friend who also had one done. Adrien was our artist and did an awesome job!! He’s very sensitive to the needs of others and very understanding. My tattoo is exactly as I imagined it and will be recommending Iron Lotus and Adrien. From the time we walked in until the time we left we were met with friendliness and professionalism! Great job y’all!!!
