Hey, y'all, I like my clients to be friends, so here is a little info about me, your new friend! I grew up in a military family, living in places all over the world until the fam settled down just outside Washington, DC. My Korean mother taught me the importance of treating all people with kindness, the value of hard work, and an appreciation of good food!
In New Orleans, celebrations are our love language. We live to create stunning, meaningful memories for you and your nearest and dearest (and did we mention a d*mn good party?). Flowers are a powerful way to represent your personality and style to your guests. And choosing them doesn't need to feel overwhelming.

Edit: We had our Halloween wedding in 2021 and it was stellar, in large part thanks to Herb and his team! The florals were totally gorgeous, especially my bouquet - so many compliments! Herbivore perfectly integrated spooky vibes to our Halloween wedding - for ex, he integrated Spanish moss into some of the florals and used test tubes and skulls for the arrangements. Totally beautiful, completely perfect! His team is a joy to work with, and I was honestly so excited to see him when he dropped off my bouquet at the hotel. He also worked really well with our other vendors (Luminous and Latrobes)

Herb and his team are INCREDIBLE! I am a wedding planner and I have been blown away by their floral designs. The team is super easy to work with and very responsive. Herb even threw in a few extra orchids (bride’s favorite) as a surprise for the bride, which I thought was really thoughtful and special. Guests were complimenting the floral arrangements all night! If you’re looking for some really great wedding florals & a knowledgeable and friendly team, these are definitely the people you want to hire!

Herb is such a fun, creative, and professional personality to work with! Among a literal sea of New Orleans wedding vendors, it can be hard to figure out which businesses are best to work when you're not a local. Herb's shop is one of those special few! He's been doing floral design there for years and knows so many other people in the local industry, so in addition to AMAZING flowers you also gain the benefit of helpful, honest advice while navigating a destination wedding. Jennifer was such a treat to work with! This was my first rodeo, planning everything from FL and navigating all the florists in New Orleans was such a process and very overwhelming! I knew Herbivore was the ONE when the communication flowed effortlessly and the team accepted my many photos and changes without batting an eye. Our flowers were fresh and perfectly placed at the St Louis Cathedral and Marche. We had one long table of probably 50 guests between all our round tables and Herbivore did a beautiful job creating a showstopping garland that was just perfect and caught everyone's eye without

When I started looking at vendors for my wedding I was completely overwhelmed with the options. Flowers were important to me but I knew that they could also eat up a budget! My wedding planner suggested Herbivore and after reviewing their Instagram feed and other reviews, I knew I at least needed to reach out and see what they can do for me.
I met with Herb and he was AMAZING! He listened to what I wanted and made suggestions to keep me in budget. My mother had some... interesting ideas... on what she wanted for my flowers and Herb worked with her

Fabulous experience with Herb! As an out of town bride, I was a bit nervous to do everything via phone/email but Herb made it so easy. After sending him a couple photos, Herb used his creative artistry to bring my vision to life with gorgeous bouquets, table garlands, and other arrangements. The colors were beautiful and exactly what I wanted. In every interaction, I could tell how much he cared about his work and the small details. My coordinator also commented that he was super nice and easy to work with, and my guests raved about the flowers. So glad to have worked with Herb for my big day!

Besides the bride, there is nothing more breathtaking at a wedding than the floral arrangement. We provided Herb with our color scheme and our budget and he delivered a fabulous floral design that vividly brought to life the theme of our wedding and within our budget. Every bouquet, corsage, boutonniere was lovelier than we could have ever imagined. Herb was patience, insightful, prompt, and willing to work within our budget. We could not have asked for a better florist for our wedding.
