Services
Caleb was born with a rare condition called tetra-amelia syndrome, meaning he was born with no arms or legs. He does, however, have a small foot which he is able to use to scoot himself around and even play video games! Our prosthetists put their heads together to create an upper body prosthesis that allows him to feed himself as well as write.
Bill Kearney, C.O. opened Johnson's Orthopedic of Riverside in 1983. He has created a company where customer service and patient care is the trademark of his business. Bill directs and oversees the daily operation of all three offices. He received his education and training in orthotics from Cerritos College, Rancho Los Amigos Hospital and University of California, Los Angeles.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say. This office is always clean and welcoming. They are very put together and our orthopedic Doctor, Amber, was absolutely amazing. My son had to get a helmet at around 7 months of age. She was always unbelievably patient with him and always available to answer questions if it wasn't in person, via email. They are fantastic at getting you in as soon as they can and rescheduling if something important comes up. I am so blessed to have had my sons helmet appointments here. They did an amazing job. I 100% recommend them!

The 3 starts are for the great doctor that's treating my son with his clubfoot braces, she works great with infants. I like how she explains everything and shows us how to work the braces at home. The -2 stars is for the bad customer service in the front office, it's sad that two grown women have a face that literally makes you feel unwelcome the moment you walk in. I hope they remember to apply this to there next customer service training they have, " treat others the same way you want to be treated". They forgot that profiling a patient is not part of good customer service

My son is special needs so patience isn't his best quality. All the staff were especially patient with him particularly Hector who has helped us the last two visits. From beginning to end, we never felt rushed and were greeted with smiles. Both rooms that I have been seen in had a tv available which helped greatly with my sons impatience. But most importantly, even during one of his most extreme temper tantrums, he was welcomed with smiles and warmth. Thanks again for everything. You guys all do amazing work!

My review is based on the horrible customer service I received from
The claims and billing department. Dana in billing is very rude and lacks professionalism. I had called my insurance and confirmed that my orthodics were fully covered however this Dana lady told me that I have coinsurance and she verified with my insurance. I had asked her to call them again but she told me they are in the east coast and will be closed. I asked her to call them because they are open as I just spoke to an agent who again confirmed that I was fully coveted and also clarified that.nno one previously had called from
