Morrone's Italian Deli is family owned and operated. We've been in business since 2000. Ermanno, the owner was born in the Bronx as his parents migrated from Calabria, Italy. As a boy, he worked in the Arthur Avenue section of the Bronx and later on took his passion, graduated top of his class as a pastry chef at French Culinary Institute.
Opened a pastry shop in the Morris Park section of the Bronx, Arthur Avenue section of the Bronx and Harrison section of Westchester, New York. Eventually, decided to get into deli business and open up in the Mahopac section of Putnum County New York. Today, Ermanno and his family continue the traditions passed down through the ages.

Truly blessed to have this little piece of Arthur Ave right here in Mahopac! You walk in and the owner Ans and his staff make you feel like family! Everything is so fresh and all the great Italian meats,cheeses,pastas,pastries,bread you drive miles to get right here in my backyard!! Sandwiches are that old school italian deli style on fresh bread that reminds me of when i was young and living in Yonkers! My new home away from home as not only all those great things I mentioned but love sitting and talking to Ans and he makes you feel like family along with a great staff who are kind and courteous
