I had an iPad w a cracked screen. Taken to Nate’s because it would have to be sent out at my regular goto place. It was a 2 day service so it worked better for my needs. Anyway. Get the iPad back. The screen is fixed. No problem . There is a protective sheet on the front. I’m thinking, he put one of those on that stay and protect it. There were a couple bubbles and some adhesive stuff on it. As my usual. I used an alcohol pad to clean it. Like I’ve done the past 4 years of using the same iPad. The screen created black lines in it. When I called Nate. The next morning and told him what happened

The only place I will go to get my phone repaired. I have gone to Nate’s Cell Phone Repair twice now and he got me in and out within 10 minutes. Always courteous and professional - plus the price is the cheapest I could find around! 10/10 would recommend 😃 UPDATE: Nate still hooks it up! Between my daughter and I dropping my phone he has repaired it 4 times at a fair price and doesn’t try to sell me anything I don’t need. Thanks Nate!!!

Nate was professional, quick, and efficient.
All 4 of the charging prongs in my Motorola phone's charging port had been disconnected. Within 30 minutes and with a very reasonable price, he had it fixed and back charging/working!
I currently work in Bedford, commute from Weatherford area. I'm glad he had this shop close to my work, so it was convenient in that regard. He told me he hopes to get out west, and I hope all his goals become reality for him!
I took a card and would 100% recommend him for device repair of any kind.

Wanted to support a small business, especially during this time, but have definitely regretted my decision. Upon having my son’s screen fixed, I began noticing issues on the way home. The screen would jump back to the top while scrolling. I called Nate and he agreed to look at it if it brought it back. We did a screen recording so he could see the issue. Before returning back to the store, the screen cracked and was not longer usable. The phone remained on, but the screen was black. I went back to Nate for him to inspect it, and he refused to honor the warranty. He did agree to replace it again

Mr.Nate has my business forever I pulled up LAST MINUTE with a port issue and he took his time to break down what was actually wrong and then took his time to fix it as well. Nate not only repaired my phone , but he charged me less than he originally quoted me. Placed a free protective screen on it for me, then he called me to let me know that he figured out a way to repair another part of my phone that originally wasn’t going to be able to be repaired.(face recognition)

I went to Nate's Cell Phone Repair today to get my charging port replaced and battery replaced. When I walked in Nate surprised me by explaining to me that I didn't need to replace the charging port but instead he simply cleaned it with a special tool. Saved me $60. Very impressed. He changed my battery within 15 minutes and it works great. Nate is one of those guys who understands most of his customers have no knowledge of phone repair but he doesn't exploit that. Just got off the phone with Nate (The Owner) himself, and after trying to give him customer insight on why I will never frequent his business anymore he yelled at me, interrupted me, and accused me of trying to argue with him. I was just wondering why he wouldn't take my phone apart last time, and check the connections after I got it repaired a month and a half ago, while it was still under his "30 day warranty."
