It's a holiday week and I needed to have an iPad gen 6 screen repaired/ replaced. The previous 7 locations that I called- either had to send off the device or did not have the components needed to complete my request- all of which had a turnaround of 1 week to 3 weeks until this repair could get done. Talked with this business owner on the phone (others had an answering service, or requested a text or no mailbox set up)- he completed the request same day! He's local, friendly, and prompt. Did I mention he's local? And when I asked the quote- he was the lowest price! (by ALOT) So to offset the charge

This is a new location. They were located inside LaGrande Plaza. Still the same honest business man. I've come to him several times. Sometimes I think I need a repair and after he looks at it for a bit he will find that I didn't need a repair, just needed to better understand how my phone works. He's awesome and honest because he could have told me that he fixed the problem and charged me full price for the repair, but that's not the way he works.
I always recommend this place to all my friends and family because it's hard to find a man with such integrity. He has definitely earned my loyalty

Landon & Pam were Outstanding!! I cracked my screen pretty bad. I got off work and didn't get over there till close to 6. They were happy to help me. They fixed it up perfect for me! Like, I told the owner, maybe my cracked screen was a blessing!! My screen looks and feels great! The customer service was personable, amazing, and welcoming!! He was fast with responding to me when I messaged him on Yelp and both gentleman were very professional!! I also loved the location of their atore, because being a newbie to the Fort Worth area I had the opportunity to explore the mall while my phone was being repaired!
The owner even gave me a bit of background info. on the mall and told me what I could expect to find when I went on my voyage!!
Needless to say this will be my go to phone

I broke my Iphone screen at work and this store was the first place I thought of. I was contemplating on if I should go to an Apple store to fix my screen but they're expensive and this girl is on a budget. I would recommend on going here if you need your phone fixed because they're inexpensive, the service is amazing and the workers are very kind especially Vu(: (HI!!!) He's very helpful and has a great, out-going personality. So when you're getting your phone fixed, and just sitting there, you will never be bored because he will definitely keep you entertained

My boyfriend and I LOVE this place! Sure there are other places in our area who are able to fix our phones- but we drive 45 minutes just to come here. The service is excellent and you can't beat the prices! We never leave disappointed.
They're always sure to give you prices before they start working on anything so that there are no surprises and always in a speedy manor.
