Wolff Contracting is a trusted, local Santa Rosa General Contractor committed to being part of rebuilding Sonoma County. Whether it be site preparation and soil work, new home construction, home rebuilding/remodeling, general demolition or any remaining fire or flood cleanup issues you may be facing, we're here to help.
At Wolff Contracting we are full service. We strive to make you know that we are here for all your needs. Often times, we are asked to do work that really doesn't fit into the above categories; from removing tree stumps, to installing dishwashers, or even changing out locks. When we take on a "job" we take on a relationship.
Wolff contracting is currently rebuilding a home in the Larkfield-Wikiup area which was destroyed in October of 2017 by the Tubbs Fire. The Job Link Renovation project is a renovation of the reception area of the Sonoma County Job Link Office at 2227 Capricorn Way, Santa Rosa. Wolff contracting is being subcontracted by Danco Builder for this project.

We lost our home in the Walbridge Fire in 2020. We did extensive research on debris removal contractors after hearing stories from Tubbs Fire survivors. Fortunately, we were referred to Wolff Contracting. Michael met with us several times to understand our concerns and explain the process they would undertake to access the property and comply with our environmental concerns. The entire crew understood our concerns, showed respect for our property and land and were professional and compassionate. We were delighted with the results of the professional cleanup which was completed on time and on budget

These contractors are incredibly skilled, knowledgeable and professional. Their timeliness, attentional to detail and quality of work is such a breath of fresh air after struggling with other contractors in the past. We turned to them after learning all they were doing within the community for fire victims and veterans. We were so pleased with every aspect of their work and highly recommend them if you want a quality job done right, on time and if you want your property, family and time treated with the utmost respect.

Wolff Contracting is THE best company for any demolition work. We contracted with them for our pool demolition. From day 1 we were impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. Dennis and Mike went above and beyond in keeping us in loop, working with our schedules, and finishing the project right on time. It’s rare to have the owner of a big company visit a site more than once or twice. Mike Wolff was onsite every day checking progress and ensuring work was to our satisfaction. We also learned how this company helped with cleaning up after Sonoma fires And tons of other volunteer work
