Lynn is in charge of keeping our office running smoothly and efficiently. Lynn has been with our office since 1990. Her previous experiences in dentistry started in 1973 when she received training as a dental assistant. AVOID IT AT ALL COST! Went there for pain in one molar, after an "x-ray" in which a woman fiercely introduce the whole instrument in my mouth, not one but three times, smashing my teeth and hurting my throat while "cursing" because it would not fit. I left that place to experience excruciating pain not in one molar, but all the teeth even the front ones in that side of my mouth and my throat. Never in my entire life an x-ray had been a savage experience. That is the type of terrible and unprofessional " dental staff" they have. Been going here for years when under old ownership, the new people told me i had a cavity, which i've never had, and needed extensive deep cleaning, All this after i kept seeing the dental hygienist looking at her watch constantly.
I went to a dentist who i trusted, they told me i have no cavities, and i didn't need deep cleaning, she also told me they didn't do a very good job cleaning my teeth.
I went thru this before with a different dentist who told me i had 6 cavities, like i said, i never had a cavity in my life, and these butchers still want to drill holes in my teeth, i don't think so

I have seldom had such a delightful experience with a new dentist. Really, really good communication, from the reception through the exam. Judging from the many poor experiences in dental offices I've had over the years, I am very grateful to find Valley Dentists. Looking forward to all the work I have to have done......sort of.

Kelly and Claudine are extremely knowledgeable and professional about their business. They not only recognize, acknowledge, and have me check-in upon sight as I enter, but can advise me on the best ways to "maximize insurance benefits and minimize out-of-pocket expenses" (to quote Kelly). I rely on them to help me in every aspect of my dental care. While cleaning my teeth, Barbara's explanations of how, and more importantly, why, to use the "MI Paste One" was highly motivating to say the least. This office has exceptional services.
