There will be a $15 fee per each additional fob. A $20 fee will be charged to replace any lost Fob. Had to email management when my deposit was not sent back after the thirty day period stated in the lease. After numerous emails, I finally heard back (without an apology) and was sent my deposit. The deposit amount sent was incorrect. Again without an apology for the error, I was finally sent the correct amount. Overall, the facility is nice but the management is unprofessional.

The new part of the building was obviously built in a hurry. There is no sealant on the walls, the drywall is beginning to crack and bathtubs leaking to the floor below has been common with many tenants I've talked to. The manager of the building is very inconsistant and unorganized. Whenever I walk buy her she always looks frazzled and it is evident she has trouble keeping up with all of the tenants. At times it has taken her nearly a week to respond to emails. Benefits of the apartments include its location, the small gym within the building and on-site laundry for $1.00 a load.
