Due to the nature of being a renovated silk mill, we have many unique apartment layouts. Below are the 5 floor plans that are most common. The Mill is a complex of beautiful loft, studio, and suite style apartments. It is the culmination of years long, full conversion of the Petersburg Silk Mill into new apartment residences.
With moving across the country for a Master's Program, I was nervous seeing my apartment for the first time. I am not only overjoyed with the amenities like the lounge, gym and game room but I am in love with my loft and location. It is just a short walk to the park and only a 5 min drive to downtown.
Lofts at the Mill is the perfect place to jump right into to if you are moving to Scranton for work or moving to Scranton to be closer to family. We have studio apartments for rent, if you are coming in and need something quick. We also have 1 Br and two-bedroom loft apartments for rent if you want to stay with your family while looking for a home to buy.

Tough place to get into. Mark in the "Whitedog Management" Department, whom is the son of the founder of Lofts at the Mill was not so helpful. When I asked why my application wasn't processing through their system, a multitude of stall-tactics ensued. I started my online application on Friday July 26,2018 and Mr. Federov took his good old time to "not" approve me! Amazingly a week later, I had no problems being accepted by the same application rental company within the same area Mark Federov refused to go out of his way NOT to help me with. Thanks for the discrimination

These apartments are GREAT! Not just good, but great! The complex is located in East Scranton within walking distance of Nay Aug Park. Downtown and the Colleges/Universities are within a 5 minute drive.
The apartment has its own mini gym, coin laundry, and vending machine area. There's also a pretty nice common area where you can play bartender to guests while also enjoying the fireplace in the back of the room.
