Critical: Professionalism
Called to schedule for service and was told it would be a few hours. I'm okay with this. 4 hours later I call back and get the after hours service only to be told they have no record of it. Give them my name and number and told I would receive a follow up call. AGAIN, NOTHING. Not good customer service.

Steve (one of the technicians I've had the most interaction with) is excellent. He's very thorough and has a teach-you-how-to-fish mentality if you're willing to follow along. I just started running my own straight truck this summer after spending 5 years as a company driver. Never had to worry about breakdowns since it was always the company's problem to handle. I've called Jerry's a few times now to help me get the truck back up and running as I try to squash all the bugs that come up when your first truck already has 350,000+ original miles on it from the previous owner.
