We were having problems with our Oxytech unit within a month after having a yearly service call. We hardly had any water pressure. When I called Rainsoft, Steve gave us some solutions that we could try while waiting for a service call. I requested a more experienced technician to come out for the service call. I appreciated Steve's knowledge and expertise in cleaning our unit. He also gave us valuable information on how to maintain our unit. I give this review 3 stars based on the quality of the product for the type of water we have. This unit has met its match. Also, I give it 3 stars because

Dan the installer is top notch. He was very friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He made sure all the water fittings were perfect with no leaks or problems. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Overall I’m happy with RainSoft. The service was fast and helpful.

Dale is a good and knowledgable sales representative. He tested our water thoroughly and made solid recommendations for our (church specific) needs. Dale really knows the RainSoft product line he was selling. The only reason our church went with different company was an 'extreme' discount they provided.

Tyler came and installed the filtration system today. He was efficient, informative, friendly and cleaned up after himself. Very impressed overall with installation and all communication with the office and employees I have encountered. Quick calls back and installed quickly after 1st inquiry. Can't wait to drink some H2O!!!! Thanks again RainSoft of Nothern Michigan!
