I was looking for a few suspension parts for my 2013 Polaris Ranger 800 and I called the parts dept and got linked up with Braxton. He was super helpful and willing to search around trying to find my list of parts. Unfortunately they did not have any of the parts I needed for the suspension but, he gave me options in multiple states and tried his hardest to find those parts at other places for me. Superb! From the beginning of contacting RideNow, Breanna was outstanding. She was able to answer my questions and ensure me that the process was smooth. I was supposed to have gone to finish up the paperwork for my pre owned 2011 Can Am RSS but the weather didn’t permit. She assured me that everything would be ready for me on Tuesday when I got there and it was . By this time Caleb picked up where Breanna left over. Caleb greeted us at the entrance and from there it was smooth sailing. I knew exactly what I was there for and he made sure that it was . The process of financing was smooth as well

I have ridden bikes my whole life and have owned many different makes and styles. When I stopped I was greeted by an extremely knowledgeable sales person (Trey) who took the time to walk me through the key features of a new Indian Challenger. While I had only stopped to window shop, I was really impressed with the Challenger. Jackie the Sales Manager worked with me ( I can be seriously difficult and challenging) to strike a deal. Braxton from parts, did a great job of getting me a backrest for the Mrs. Paul from service got the bike ready to roll with a smile. ( the entire team stayed after hours

Bought my first bike. This was the bike i had been searching for the last 6 months and they had it. It was a great experience thanks to the people that got me in the door and helped me pick the gear while i was getting financed for the bike. Thank you Ashley and Trey! All I am saying here is, you need to see Jason if you need a service!!!! I have been seeing Jason since 2014 when I own my first Yamaha R3. Jason is such a happy and pleasant person to work with. He always work with my schedule and get me in and out with no times. Moreover, he listens to your concerns and gives you the best advice on any concerns you might have with your vehicle. I wouldn’t go to any other places to get my motorcycle serviced as long as Jason is here!

I have called "NUMEROUS" times in the past 2 weeks to get a quote on a front tire for my Chieftain.
Heading to the dealership in Lowell after posting this review.
Hopefully the folks in Daytona see this since they are affiliated.

What a terrible experience! We visited this location to get the wife comfortable with a motorcycle of her own. She found one she loved, but worried about spending the money on a new motorcycle right away to learn on. We instead decided to dust off an existing motorcycle we had in the barn.
Called and spoke with Corina in the Parts Department about getting new tires for the motorcycle. Gave Corina all the info about the tires and discussed the tubes needed, as well. She quoted the price, and she had me schedule with Jody in the Service Department for the date and time to bring the bike in

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Completely a horrendous experience! I will NEVER come back to that unprofessional can't count or FOLLOW the First come first served rule it's a complete crap hole place!. My story I came in to look and most likely buy this unit (see attached pics) drove 40 mins to get there. I was already there putting in a application and another couple was there a little bit after me looking at it and the twin of the same color with some differences. Complete waste of time. Came in a week ago for an appointment to review pricing and get a trade value for my current bike. Of course, they won't give you any pricing information online, and force you to come in to "talk about it," instead. I was already leery of the "$8,500 off, demo deals" because they seemed to good to be true. But, i had to go check it out for myself. Like MANY others have posted, they bring me out the first round of numbers... And, of course, there are nearly 5 grand of bs fees added on. $1800 for a "GPS fee" she could barely explain, 700

This place is a job had them replace my rear tire and my drive belt on my victory and they didn't tighten up all the bolts on my rear drive belt pully and the bolt backed on me 9 days after getting it back from service and almost killed me the bolt got lodged in the pully and the fram and had me sliding at 60 mph on highway about got hit head on had to pay my tow bill and everything and they are saying they didn't mess with the pully bit replaced my rear tire and my drive belt and now I don't got a motorcycle that runs and rides like it did before I dropped it off and they will

My fiancé dropped his motorcycle off on a Saturday for an oil change. We rushed back before close with our newborn and it wasn't ready. So we had to leave it for a few days, as he was going on a trip. Go back to pick it up and they make him wait ANOTHER 30 minutes to clean it off!! This place is a joke and doesn't respect your time nor do they listen to what you ask for.

Ridenow Powersports Concord had a great internet price on a Kawasaki Mule. Called them to understand any additional fees. The lady that answered the phone told me they do not provide total pricing over the phone and that I would need to come in person to get that. I told her I live over an hour away. She said no problem and that someone would call me back. That never happened. I then reached out to them through their internet sales. I asked for the total price of the Mule along with fees. The response was, "we have fees". These guys are the classic bait and switch. Definitely

My experience with this dealership is like others have said. RideNow advertised a 2018 Kawasaki Ninja 1000 for $7267. Because I am located in the Washington, DC area, I asked for the out the door price. This resulted in a merry go round conversation like you would not believe. The salesman insisted I make a point to come in to the dealership and he gave me the most insane reason why they do not discuss prices over the phone. But sir, I would like to purchase this motorcycle; I'm traveling from out of town, well over 300 miles away and I need to know how much money to bring to pay cash. The

I am selling my 2k15 Ninja , RideNow website states they will buy your bike , even if you don't buy anything from them. I went to their website where they have an estimate generator , I put in all the information and included several pictures of my bike, in about 30 seconds I received my estimate for my bike , it was $3615-$4285(see photo), I took my bike by there so they could do a 'hands on' estimate, after about 45 minutes , the salesperson I was dealing with , came up and ask me how much I was looking to get for my bike, I told him somewhere near 4000, he kind of laughed

Stay far, far away from this shady dealership! I was shopping around for a new motorcycle and Ridenow had the model I was looking for. I asked the sales guy for quotes and finial pricing out of the door. I had to leave for work and told them I would be back with my husband to review the offer. When we returned the out the door price was WAY too high with gap insurance (I never asked for this add on) and all sorts of other fees tacked on. Needless to say we left without making a deal. Oh, but it only got worse and I didn't even do a deal with them! First, someone at the dealer left a 5 star
