Absolut an alternative for the big Bryce Canyon city and better -much better- food locations just in walking distance. Large beds and the shower is 6 stars because of high water pressure. This rooms are nicely renovated, clean and the friendly owner is always on duty. Would definitely recommend.

This place is a small little gem. It's super convenient at only a 15 minute drive to Bryce Canyon. You can walk to the restaurants nearby, or take a 10 minute drive to Bryce City. Check in was easy, it was clean, well equipped with extra touches, and comfortable. As a solo traveler, I felt totally safe. You will hear some road noise, but it dies down at night. I just put some white noise on and slept great. Highly recommend.

This motel was so much more than we expected - maybe after an early-morning ATV tour followed by hiking around Bryce all afternoon I was ready for anything - didn’t care for more than a shower and a bed. Check in was quick and friendly - our room was on the back side away from the road so it was super quiet. Very neat and clean, soothing even. Attention to detail was impressive. Super soft sheets and bedcover, plenty of towels and even a container of cloths to use to wipe down your gear or whatever so you don’t ruin the washcloths and towels. Easy morning checkout after a wonderful night’s

Comfy, terrific service, easy self check in, clean and very good room amenities. We can't think of any where we have stayed that had ice scoops in the ice bucket , a corkscrew and can opener!

Perfect. Such a great accommodation. 10 minutes from the Bryce Canyon park entrance in the small, quiet town of Tropic. Within walking distance of almost every restaurant in town, and right across the street from a very large, nice gas station/souvenir/outdoor supply shop. The room was extremely clean (!!!) and comfortable. Air conditioning worked great, water pressure in the shower was amazing, and the room is full of small, thoughtful touches that many hotels simply don’t take the time to do. Bed was very comfortable with soft sheets and great pillows. I wish everywhere we stayed this week

This was a wonderful little getaway, they have thought of just about everything! My only question is why no kurig pods for the kurig in the room? But that is minor, they provide oatmeal packets and some nature Valley bars for your breakfast. I would highly recommend this location.

Very cozy, comfy, and clean motel. The layout of the room is artistic class and well thought out. The bedding linen and towels are of great quality. They are soft and skin friendly. The very considerate host also put a couple of granola bars and oatmeal pouches in the room for snacking or light breakfast. Probably the best motel I have ever stayed in. Way exceeded my expectation.

Love this place! Very clean, quiet and updated. Bed was very comfortable. Ice machine available. Checking in and out is very convenient, although check in office is from 3-7pm. There is, however, a phone outside that you can use to call them to check in if after hours. Right in front of gasoline station/general store and laundrymat. A lot of food shops around.15 mins from Bryce. Everything in town closes at 9pm. Fairly priced. It is one of the best places I've stayed in so far. Will definitely come back when I'm in the area.

Had a great stay. Bed was great, very clean room. The room is compact, but had everything we needed (even a can opener). Plenty of pillows, towels, and blankets are provided.

Breakfast is only instant oatmeal packets left in the room, but if you know that going in and prepare accordingly, this is a great value and comfortable stay very near Bryce Canyon.

I stayed here at the end of summer 2017, so I'm posting this review late.

Pros:
-Polite front desk staff
-Good value for price
-Super clean and comfortable room
-Quiet
-Next to the few restaurants and shops located in Tropic
-Located on road that leads to Bryce Canyon
-Microwave and fridge in room
-Complimentary snacks in room
-Ice maker

Cons:
-Hard-pressed to think of any, I had a great stay! I would definitely recommend this motel rather than the super expensive lodge options closer to the park, just drive a bit and stay here!

I'd give it 3 1/2 if I could, but 3 seems mean. I'd give it 3 if it weren't such a good price for the location, too, but obviously, it is, since that's why we were there - it *is* a fantastic price, and it *is* very close to Bryce (about 10 minutes), so yes, I would totally recommend it to people looking to visit Bryce without either camping or breaking the bank, even though it's not perfect (fun fact: I was on the fence about camping... really glad I didn't, as I heard it was like 20 degrees out, and mega-windy, the night we almost camped. Really dodged a bullet there

Clean, basic, reasonably priced. Got a king-sized room with decent wifi and cable TV for $80 including taxes. Was a AAA rate which was 10% off "normal" rate.

Easy access to Bryce Canyon, about a 20 minute drive to park entrance.

Cheap and basic with no frills, yet clean and decent-sized rooms. Very convenient location less than 15 minutes to Bryce Canyon. Wifi works, water pressure was fine, A/C no problems, does the trick for around $100/night. Best value in the area.

I was nervous since there were only two reviews but it was seriously the most comfortable bed of any of the motels I've stayed in! And the towels really do smell delicious. I didn't get to see the owners because I came in late and left early.

Five stars for what it is, which is an inexpensive motel. But don't judge the book by its cover. Driving up I thought we were in for a pretty rough stay, but as soon as we pulled in I could tell the place was taken care of.

The rooms were clean, the owner was nice. The free WiFi was plenty fast, and you can't beat the parking. ;) Seriously though, it was a great place to stay and I'd highly recommend it.
