Ginger Rhodes wont return phone calls, texts. The house we finally put a bid on the MLS Listing showed recent inspection was conducted on property and is available. My realtor asked for it we never recieved it.
NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL WITH GINGER.
This through up some red flags. It was almost like she wanted her own person get the house like a investor. Stay away from!!

Perfect for experienced buyers/sellers but our experience as first time sellers was not completely pleasant. We worked with Scott and initially we were very pleased but as things progressed we found communication to taper off and at one point when we addressed it he told us he was offended. Maybe things are too busy or maybe an assistant needs to be hired to handle day to day processing questions. We do know people who have had pleasant experiences with the company. We do feel that after this experience we will know better next time.
