This company is unethical in business practices. In one of their property listings, it is specifically stated that offers would "not be reviewed until Sunday in order to allow all potential buyers an opportunity to view the property." We had an appointment scheduled to see the property on Saturday with very high hopes. However, our agent was notified that they had an offer that they were going to accept on Friday (the day the property opened), despite the fact that we (and others) were told we would have an opportunity to view the property. Not only is this unethical and unfair to potential buyers

Liz Fendler is unethical and I have reported her to the state commission. She listed a house and specifically stated that offers would not be reviewed prior to an open house, but then informed our agent that they had received an offer and she was recommending that her clients respond. This was 2 days before the open house and after we had a confirmed appointment to view the home. This is completely unfair and unethical behavior, and may well have cost her clients money if other offers were considered.
