Services
HEALTH-PRO is a Licensed Home Care Organization (HCO), and a trusted provider of in-home care services and care plans. Our office in located in Greenville however, we service 16 different counties. HEALTH-PRO looks forward to making a difference in the lives of various clients and families. We take pride in our services and quality of care through evaluations, client's feedback and constant staff training.
Our services provide a relief for the aging and the disabled population who prefer to recover in the comfort of their homes. These are the home care services currently available through our agency for Medicaid and private pay recipients as well as contracted Nursing Pool Services with facilities.
The registered nurse shall visit the client in the client's residence to assess the client's general condition, progress and response to services provided.Personal Care Services (PCS) covers the services of an aide in the recipient's private residence to assist with the recipient's personal care needs such as, meal preparation, feeding, bathing, dressing, toileting, etc. that are directly linked to a medical condition.

HEALTH-PRO makes a total commitment to fill the needs of our clients according to their perception of what would be the most helpful. To that conclusion, we offer flexibility in scheduling services that apply to the entire household (not just the client). We offer 24/7 availability for both services and communication, as well as a willingness to replace staff that does not meet or fit the clients' expectations.
Medicaid Rates are preset by the State of North Carolina. Third party payer rates will vary according to the care intensity and billing processes. I received amazingly quick responses to my questions about Health-Pro’s available services. Keith, who took my initial call, made sure I knew when to expect answers to further questions. Mr. Bailey, who called no more than 5 minutes later, was so helpful and knowledgeable about how they could help our family member. I was most impressed by the fact that he indicated they endeavor to treat each patient as if he or she is a member of their own family. By the next day, I received the proposed contract via email.
