As a selling agent, Jen Morris did a great job...everything went very well and we were pleased with the ease and professional experience...
Where the problem arises is when buying a new development house, the agent verbally gave an unofficial "kick-back" for listing her name as our realtor... She did nothing for us in the signing the purchase agreement, nothing from through out the process.. her and her broker accepted a very handsome commission on a $362,000 home sale, but did nothing... I am here to tell you DO NOT LIST AN AGENT ON YOUR DEVELOPER HOME DOCUMENT, my case Westport Homes, UNLESS

Lorie Blythe is amazing! She helped me close on my new home and she helped me close on the home I sold. The home I sold was hard to navigate since we had to deal with another realtor who brought us a buyer. That groups follow up and timing was hard to navigate. But Lorie was with me the whole experience and it was great to have someone that is willing to support you through the process. I did not have to worry about anything. When the other agent would cut corners Lorie was there to make it right! I would give them a 10 but that was not an option!

Jamie has been great. We decided to purchase a home before putting our current house on the market. We have looked long and hard to find our new home in a very difficult market, and Jamie was there with us for every step. She closely monitored available properties and notified us immediately when something came available. She walked us through the offer process and supported us when things fell apart (as they sometimes do). She gave us great advice and was always there to answer all our questions.
