We had Dallas Pool Table move a pool table to our house and it was damaged upon install.
This pool table has been moved twice by Dallas Pool Table, all within our family. We were told that all moving damage is documented prior to a move and that they are insured. No damage was documented after the first relocation of this pool table. After the second and most recent relocation, we noticed significant damage after drilling. I took a picture of this and had called this company’s manager and showed her the picture. I told her that after this move, their guys had damaged our pool table because there

If I could give them zero stars, I would definitely go that route! DO NOT trust them with your pool table!!!! They damaged our pool table when they moved it and did not assume responsibility for this. I called Nancy to have this rectified and she was very argumentative and did not even apologize, much less take accountability for this. This has been the absolute worst customer service experience!!!!

This is the second time I've used Dallas pool table to move my pool table . Both times from the first person I talked to (Nancy) to the end with Tony and his crew the experience was absolutely flawless. Nancy was very informative and knowledgeable about the type of pool table I have and informed me of exactly what to expect when the guys showed up. Tony and his crew were very careful and precise during disassembly and reassembling the table down the the smallest detail . I'll recommend Dallas pool table to anyone that wants people that really care about quality customers service and absolute precision

Nancy answered when I called , told me to speak to Josh when I arrived within a hour of our convo. Josh was so helpful , patient and cool. Didn’t try the high sales pitch nor was he pushy! He was able to get the table I wanted, in the color I wanted, and the legs I wanted after I left the store and came back 2 hours later ( to compare to competitors )
I was able to get my table installed the next day!!!!!( Sunday am) then Tony and crew arrived on time , very professional and installed my all black Houston table in about 2 hours. Not a scratch on a wall, Knick on the floor , or a second wasted

We really liked the classic look of the Dallas Pool Table and I called and talked to Nancy about what tables they had in stock. Not only did they have quite the selection in store, (both style and color) Nancy made it so easy for me that we were able to purchase our table over the phone with great confidence that we were getting exactly what we wanted. The table arrived a few days later and the install crew was top notch
