An overall great experience. The store manager Preston was very helpful, and if it wasn't for him, I probably would have gone with a 7' table, even tho 8' ended up fitting just fine. Patrick and Bill did the install and arrived right on time and got everything perfect within a couple hours. They called twice in the days leading up to the install to confirm, which I appreciated. Couldn't have gone any smoother, I am very satisfied.

I had a great experience with Universal Billiards. Walked in on a Sunday afternoon and Preston did a great job helping me purchase a Foosball table and Dart Board set. Jack and Mason showed up on Tuesday, assembled the table and were done in an hour. Jack even gave me tips to help maintain the table. I would recommend to anyone in the market.

Jack & Geoff just left...and now the family and I get to enjoy a bucket list item of mine. A premium pool table, in my own home. Our in-store salesman at the Plano location, Preston, was great. Totally up front with any limitations (we ordered right after the big freeze this past February and he mentioned things would take longer than usual). He was right. Took longer than we wanted, but understandable given the circumstances. Our delivery and set-up team, Patrick, Blake, and Mason, were all great. They actually got here earlier than projected, which was fine, and did a quick and thorough job setting up the table and explaining basic care and feeding. Overall a great job. I had a great experience buying this table with the assistance of Preston and Ciarra. Being a first time pool table buyer, I had lots of questions and they took the time to explain the pros/cons of different tables. Preston also arranged for delivery to a location about 2 hours outside of Plano.

We bought matching Legacy Ella pool and air hockey tables from Universal Billiards. Preston at the Plano location was very helpful in getting us the tables we wanted quickly. Very nice staff and was really helpful when picking out a table and during the installation. Dillon and Sean even spent the time to figure out the best setting for the billiards table in my game room. From sales to delivery...great experience. Preston was incredibly patient with an indecisive family. We visited the store at least 3 times trying to assess what was best for everyone. Pressure sales IS NOT Preston's game...and he succeeded. Fast forward to the delivery team, Dillon and Will were champions. On-time (5 min early and unloading before they knocked actually), courteous, and efficient. They were meticulous in placement making sure I was satisfied with the location. Recently purchased Legacy pool table from Universal and these guys are good! Michael and Dillon delivered and setup table in a couple of hours. Very professional, knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing as I was interested in the process. Pretty pleasant experience all in all- table is beautiful and plays great. So, I typically load up my Ford Flatbed with about 175 lbs of cow manure Monday mornings. This is my my own cows manure. We sell the grass fed stuff to the Plano nursery weekly. Terrible customer service! Asked to exchange a dart that wasn't even 1 month old. The dart separated from the metal and plastic. Tells me nothing he can do and wants To sell me more darts for half off!?!? Couldn't replace a $25 product on a defect? Asked me if glued them in and I continued to unscrew the other two darts to show him that they weren't. How am I going to come back here and purchase more expensive products when you can't even compromise on a terrible product you sold me.

i had done my research and knew what I wanted. Now I just needed pricing. Most places I emailed asking for a price would reply that I needed to call or come by to discuss. I'm a sales guy myself and this really annoys me. I know what I want, and I don't want to be sold to.
However, this wasn't the case Universal Billiards. I emailed them a very direct question about price and Zach responded almost immediately, answering my question exactly. At that point, I went in and purchased my new shuffleboard table.

We recently moved from CA and I had my antique Renaissance table delivered to our new house in Lucas. The folks at Universal were great in making suggestions. I had my rails all rebuilt and they sent 2 technicians out to the new house to re-assemble my table. Everyone in the operation is squared away and reliable. I would recommend their services.
