Eileen M. Navarro is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Psychotherapist, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and an EMDR Clinician. She was born and raised in Miami and has provided guidance to the local community for over 20 years. She has clinical experience providing individual, group, family, and couples therapy.
EMN Counseling offers Hypnotherapy which is a safe, pleasant, and effective way to help solve problems and improve conditions of the mind or body. Hypnotherapy is a tool that helps you create a state of mind able to break old patterns and create new, healthy habits. EMDR is a way of processing negative information stored in our memory.
For the first time in Miami, EMN Counseling offers the Hypno-Band which is the World Leader in gastric band hypnotherapy. I had failed an exam several times that would determine if I were to be able to practice my career. I have known Eileen personally for many years and when I found out about her work with EMDR therapy and psychotherapy, I decided to give it a shot for my last ever chance at this test. Even though we've been friends, Eileen was very professional, helped coach me through EMDR therapy and it lead to a breakthrough that helped me unlock the potential I thought had long been lost after so many defeats. I can wholly say that thanks to Eileen's help, I passed.

Look no further for a therapist. Eileen is so good at what she does. She listens and can read between the lines. She offers therapies that lead to solutions with EMDR, hypnosis, meditation and probably other stuff I'm not aware of. She has a comfortable safe space and she is so warm and loving. She has helped me and others that i know. :)

After enduring a decade of therapy with a dozen different doctors & zero improvement, I met Eileen & she is absolutely amazing! With other therapists, I would walk away from my appointments feeling worse about my situation, but with Dr. Navarro I'm always uplifted. She is extremely professional but is also sweet, compassionate & down-to-earth. It feels like I'm talking to one of my girlfriends instead of a "shrink", which allows me to relax & speak openly without any fear of judgement. She helped me through the worst time I've ever known & I can't thank her enough.

I don't know what I would do without Eileen! She is such a great Counselor. She is super responsive, and I always feel like she consistently is watching out for me through her caring and professional manner. When I have had emergencies, Eileen has been there for me, and helped me out in a pinch, and for that I am very grateful. I recommend Eileen to anybody who needs a counselor-- adult or child. Thanks!
